Copra’s coconuts are picked at peak freshness and extracted same day as harvest. We minimally process and then immediately freeze our products to retain maximum taste, nutrition and quality.

Are copra's coconuts non-gmo?
Yes, although not officially certified. Copra’s coconuts are naturally non-GMO as they are perfectly adapted to their environments and have never been genetically modified. Our young coconuts are also certified organic which encompasses non-GMO. More here.

if allergic to tree nuts, can i consume coconut?
Though coconuts are technically a category of fruit known as drupe, the FDA does classify them as a tree nut. It depends on your specific allergy, typically people who are allergic to tree nuts are not allergic to coconuts. Regardless of a tree nut allergy, you are safe with our coconut nectar which is tapped from the flower of the coconut palm!
is sugar added to copra's coconut water?
Never!!! We single source “Nam Hom” coconuts, actually the sweetest coconut variety in Thailand and the world! Copra’s products are 100% pure with no added sweeteners.

How do I handle and dispose of packaging?
Please place your Copra immediately in the freezer or refrigerator as soon as your delivery arrives (shelf life is noted on each product’s page). The external corrugated box can be recycled. The green cell foam is made from US-grown corn and is certified compostable. It is not recyclable material. Rinse down the sink for easy disposal or reuse as a natural plant food or fire-starter. Lastly, dispose of the dry-ice only once it has fully evaporated.
How do I check if my order has been shipped?
We ship via FedEx. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order. Please track your order to ensure you will be there to receive it.

is the 16oz coconut water safe to drink when pregnant?
Yes! The coconut water has been minimally processed and safe for pregnant women.
WHY DON'T YOU USE GLASS BOTTLES?
We would love to use glass but the weight makes it uneconomical, and very fuel inefficient, to ship from Thailand. Please help us recycle! All of our packaging is 100% BPA free.
How many times can I re-freeze my Copra products?
Unlike the coconut water that be re-frozen multiple times, the coconut meat, coconut milk and dragon fruit should not be re-frozen more than once.
is it okay if my copra is partially defrosted upon arrival?
Since Copra products have a refrigerated shelf life, they are perfectly fine to consume if partially defrosted upon arrival. Either consume or store in freezer right away.
Store frozen and defrost as needed (Check out our blog for defrosting instructions). After defrosting, store product in refrigerated conditions and keep bag sealed. Do not store at room temperature…ever!
Product may arrive partially defrosted — it is perfectly fine to consume, place in freezer upon receipt or store refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
Please be informed that we do not accept returns on perishable items. We carefully pack all items in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure safe shipment. If you have questions or concerns before purchasing, please email us at [email protected] and we are happy to help.
We consider refund or replacement order requests on a case by case basis. Copra does not refund orders that arrive partially defrosted as they are safe to consume. Please carefully read all product information before shipping an order. If you believe that the product you received is compromised or have any other complaints, please email us at [email protected] with as much information as possible e.g. images. .
Due to heightened demand, please allow up to one week for orders to ship. Please note that we do not ship to locations addressed with P.O. boxes. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 1-2 days depending on delivery location. For all deliveries, please check the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email to ensure someone is at the address to receive the package. Copra must be stored immediately in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as your delivery arrives. We advise you place orders for days you will be available to receive the delivery.
Order cancellation requests must be made by 4pm the following business day after your order was placed.
