STORAGE |
Copra stores and transports this product at -18c. Product must be stored refrigerated at a minimum, if not frozen. Store frozen if not using within 5 days. |
HANDLING |
Highly recommend thawing over 2-3 days in refrigerated environment. Thawing in ambient temperatures will shorten shelf life. Do not store in ambient temperature at any time. Minimize contact with the air. Ensure that containers are sealed. After thawing, should not be re-frozen more than once. |
